How do we attune to the necessary movements of this paradigm-shifting time? Where does our grief live and how can radical joy be an asset to our well-being? This workshop for all bodies will offer possibilities for release, re-membering, and reconfiguration for the individual and the collective – shifting towards our innate knowing through rooted movement, somatic exercises, improvisation, and embodied relationality.
